1.Brief Profile

Xiumin GAO is born in 1978. He received his PhD degree from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM) in 2006, and joined University of Shanghai for Science and Technology （USST）in 2017.

He is the member of the Chinese Society of Optical Engineering and Hujiang scholar of USST. As the project leader, he has completed several research Programs including National Natural Science Foundation of China，National key research and development plan. He has published more than 60 SCI papers such as Nature Communications, Scientific Reports, and Applied Optics. Upon the evaluation from the Advantage Subjects of USST in 2014, his first-named articles account for 40% of the total DCI papers ( ranked as the first subject in the world). More than 60 Invention Patents were authorized, and more than 10 Software Copyrights were registered. Quantities of his achievements have been transformed, in which many analytical instruments have been industrialized and used in the marked. Additional, he was awarded three provincial and ministerial award.
