He was born in March 1976. In 1996, he graduated from The Department of Electrical Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, majoring in Electrical and Electrical Appliances and control. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, majoring in Measuring technology and instrument. He received a master's degree in engineering. Main courses: Principles of Communication; Mobile communications; Information network engineering; EDA technology; Machine learning. He has published more than ten papers, presided over two projects of Shanghai Education Commission, presided and participated in more than ten horizontal projects. He guided graduate students to participate in the "Challenger" Cup and won the title of Excellent Advisor in Shanghai. He also Guided undergraduate students to participate National College Students Electronic Design Competition in the 2019, and won the second prize.
