1.Brief Profile
Zuanming JIN is associate professor at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. He received PhD degree in 2013 from Shanghai University. Funded by the Max Planck Society, he joined Prof. Mischa Bonn’s group in the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research as a visiting student in 2012 for one year, and afterwards stayed there for two years as a postdoctoral scientist. In 2015-2019, Zuanming Jin was appointed associate professor at Shanghai University, and in 2019 he became associate professor at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Dr. Jin's research interests are the ultrafast laser time domain spectroscopy and terahertz spectroscopy, focusing on the interaction and dynamics of photons and electron spin in condensed matter. He was awarded as the Young Oriental Scholar in 2015, Chen Guang Program in 2016 and Shanghai Rising-Star Program in 2018. Dr. Jin is PI for a NSFC young scientist project and a NSFC general project. He has published more than 60 papers in leading international journals, including Nature Physics, Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. Lett..
