1.Brief Profile

TAO Chunxian, Associate Professor

He received his PhD degree from Graduate University of CAS in 2009 and then joined USST. Visiting Scholar in Department of Applied Physics, Osaka University, 2019. His current research interests include Optical and photoelectric films and Raman microscopy for imaging of biological samples. He has completed one research of the National Key Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Project and is conducting another one of the National Key Research and Development Program.

2. Research Area 

• Thin and ultrathin films for optics and electronics

• Laser induced damage testing of optical devices.

• UV Radiation and Applications in VUV detectors.
