This optics conference featured 17 specialized topics covering nearly 100 research directions in the field of optics and optical engineering. Over 800 researchers from universities, research institutes, and optics enterprises, as well as young scholars, participated in the conference to exchange the latest advances in optical technology and discuss the application of technological achievements. The SPIE Shanghai University Student Chapter benefited greatly from attending the conference and more details about the event can be found in the group (SPIE Shanghai University Student Chapter QQ group: 826012025). We welcome all students to join the SPIE Shanghai University Student Chapter!

Note: The International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE) was founded in 1955 and is a professional, non-profit international organization dedicated to research, engineering, and applications in the fields of optics, photonics, and electronics. It is one of the most authoritative academic professional organizations in the field of optical engineering.

The Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics Student Branch of the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE Student Chapter at USST) was founded by Professor Han Sen of USST in October 2014, aiming to build an academic exchange platform for students to connect with the international community. Its members consist of PhD, Master's, and undergraduate students majoring in optical engineering and related fields at USST. The current chairman is Shen Yuhang, a PhD student.
